Donna is a 500-hour Advanced Kripalu Yoga Teacher who combines movement and breathing techniques to reawaken compassion for yourself. Being busy or living your head invites you to slow down and reconnect to the present moment. Let’s carve in time to lean in more closely to your essence.

April Frazier
Yoga Instructor & Coach
April is a 200-hour YT and specializes in Forrest Yoga, Dharma Yoga, and Yoga for 12-Steps Recovery. She has also been working with restorative justice, trauma informed practices, diversity and equity, and mindfulness for over ten years. She considers herself a compassionate disrupter of inequity and restorative reconnector to people’s strengths.

As a Virginia native, Michelle's passion for fitness began with her love for dance and movement. She finds joy in helping others discover the benefits of exercise and guiding them towards a stronger and happier lifestyle. With over twenty years of experience, she has dedicated herself to helping the Fayetteville community grow stronger and healthier within their bodies.

As the class assistant for the Zen Den after-school mindfulness program, DeAngel brings his natural energy, humor, and positivity to every session, helping create a fun and welcoming space for students. Supported and inspired by his mother’s mindfulness teachings, he’s growing both personally and professionally while gaining valuable leadership experience.

Outside of the Zen Den, DeAngel loves playing basketball, experimenting in the kitchen, and sharing his greatest gifts with the world—his infectious smile, uplifting energy, and quick wit. Always eager to grow, he’s charting his own path as a young leader and future entrepreneur.
