The Zen Den is a space for kids to connect and parents to disconnect. Students enjoy dinner and fun wellness activities designed to support the mind, body, and soul. Whether it’s mindful movement, journaling, relaxing music, games, or open discussions, The Zen Den offers a peaceful place to recharge, connect, and grow. This is more than just a class—it’s a safe space where students can be themselves, build healthy habits, and learn tools to manage stress and emotions in a fun and supportive environment. ✨ The Zen Den is your child’s (and PARENTS) monthly reset—a safe and supportive space where wellness meets purpose. Students will unwind with: 🍎 Dinner 📚 Homework help 🌱 Mindfulness & Movement 🧠 Creative activities for emotional wellness 🎨 Opportunities for self-expression, games, connection, and calm This program nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—giving them the tools to cope, connect, and thrive. 📋 Once registered, families will also need to complete and submit a youth wellness application, which will be kept on file at the center for program use and communication. *Sponsored/Partnered with FACTS: Financial Awareness Counseling & Teaching Services (Nonprofit 501 3 c)*

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Late Policy: FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center At FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all of our clients' needs. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and to maintain efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following policy: 1. Appointment Cancellation We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their payment. 3. Arriving Late Arriving 10 mins. late for facial/massage/foot soak will shorten session & full payment due. 4. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 910-339-2166 or emailing fwrcnc@gmail.com. You may also cancel or reschedule your appointment online through our booking system. 5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 6. Group Bookings For group bookings or spa packages involving multiple clients, we require a longer notice period of 1 week for cancellations or changes. 7. Repeat Offenders Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with insufficient notice or fail to show up for scheduled appointments may be required to pre-pay for future bookings or may be restricted from booking appointments in advance. 8. Refunds We do not issue refunds, returns or exchanges for classes and services rendered, workshops, seminars, training, online-content and intellectual property or downloads. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their payment. Clients will be billed on their on-record credit card if they don’t adhere to the cancellation policy as stated. For retreat cancellation policy, please see retreat registration for more details. 9. Fitness Class Reservations Please avoid making reservations within 2 hours of the class start time. *Classes based on Sign Up. 10. Policy Acceptance By booking an appointment with FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
