Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy At FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center, we value our clients and service providers. Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments impact our providers' time, availability, and ability to serve other clients. **Credit Card Authorization:** A valid credit/debit card is required to book. By booking, you authorize FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center to charge applicable fees to the card on file and acknowledge acceptance of this policy. **Cancellations & Rescheduling:** We require at least **24 hours' notice**. Appointments, including **Groupon appointments**, canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty, based on availability. **Same-Day Rescheduling:** Same-day rescheduling will result in a charge of **50% of the regular price of the originally booked service**. This fee is in addition to payment for the rescheduled appointment. **Late Cancellations:** Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged **100% of the regular price of the scheduled service**. Prepaid clients will forfeit their payment, which will not be refunded or transferred. **No-Shows:** Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged **100% of the regular price of the service**. Prepaid clients will forfeit their payment. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by: 📞 Calling 910-339-2166 📧 Emailing fwrcnc@gmail.com **Late Arrivals:** Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their service shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Full payment is still required. *Group Bookings:* Group bookings and spa packages require at least **one week's notice** for cancellations or changes. Additional terms may apply. *No Refunds:* FACTS Wellness & Retreat Center does not issue refunds for services, classes, workshops, seminars, training, online content, digital products, or services once purchased or rendered. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees are non-refundable. *Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows:* Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may have booking restrictions. *Policy Acceptance:* By booking an appointment, service, class, or experience, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
